WORDS..."Psalms 103:20 Bless the LORD, you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His word, Heeding the voice of His word." There are 2 sets of angels--ANGELS OF LIGHT and angels of darkness... All angels listen for the VOICE of words that they can DO.
Words have a scent ... a smell. Some smell of death. Death words attract flies. They are the servants of Beelzebub or "lord of the flies" also known as lucifer. These flies hover around people who say things that produce death. Death of dreams, death of goals, death of life, death of hopes, death of relationships...
"Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof." The reason this scripture is powerful, and we hear it often, is that the angels who are sent to minister to us... (and we all have angels on assignment whose job is to bring us the fruit of our lips) Can only respond to WORDS that agree with the KINGDOM who they WORK FOR.
Angels---Servants of the most high God---will only DO words that agree with what GOD has already spoken---When you speak Gods WORDS, When you agree with what God has already SPOKEN...The angels of light act to produce the WORDS---GODS WORDS---that get VOICE when YOU and I SPEAK. Angels come and sniff sniff, sniff sniff, sniff sniff...
When the angels come and "sniff sniff," what smell is flowing from your lips? Which angels have permission to act on what you just said? If you said, MF this or MF that, or DAMN this or I hate this, or I cant stand that what angels are hovering around your head... waiting just waiting to bring you the fruit of your lips... sniff sniff...
When you speak about your future, sniff sniff
when you speak about your kids, sniff sniff
When you speak about the president, sniff sniff
What do the angels smell? Can the Lord of the flies lay eggs in your life that hatch into maggots who feed on what should have been a life filled with infinite possibility? But instead, the words spoken killed the possibilities and all that is left is the stench of the remains?
THE FORCE OF AGREEMENT IS ACTIVATED WITH A SPOKEN DECLARATION! Agreeing with GOD opens the GATE OF HEAVEN in your life! The angels of GOD ascend and descend into your life bring to you the FRUIT of your LIPS.
And do the angels of the most high gain more power to destroy the works of the devil every time you open your mouth? Are your WORDS building blocks with which angels can build a future that is conceived in the MIND of GOD? God wants us to agree with HIM! He Longs for us to recognize that we are in LEAGUE--PARTNERSHIP--HARMONY with HIM.
Finally, a note on SWEARING...James 5:12 (Amplified Bible)
12But above all[things], my brethren, do not swear, either by heaven or by earth or byany other oath; but let your yes be [a simple] yes, and your no be [a...simple] no, so that you may not sin and fall under condemnation.
Swearing or CURSE WORDS, carry a fragrance rooted in their SOURCE. REMEMBER what you say out of your mouth is conceived in your HEART. What comes from your heart has been PLANTED there by THE KINGDOM of LIGHT or the kingdom of darkness. If you want the smell of DEATH to LINGER in your life---keep swearing...
Remember...Beelzebub (lord of the flies) is waiting for a foul place in your life to lay his eggs...

Customer Service Academy - Hattiesburg Area
About the Customer Service Academy™. . .
The Customer Service Academy is a training program offered by Making People Priority Consulting Group.
What is Making People Priority Consulting Group (MPP)?
MPP is a consulting firm whose mission is to “motivate, inspire, and lead others towards lives of divine excellence and service.” Our mission is accomplished by providing training / development resources in customer service, staff development and career / life planning. Our clients are corporate, government, and Faith-Based organizations. We provide training resources in (5) states across the country.
In 1997, MPP developed the Customer Service Academy™ to provide service training for Community Build Inc. (CBI) participants (CBI is a Los Angeles community job development agency).
The CSA is a competency -based program that combines customer service with extensive pre-employment preparation. Participants receive 20 hours of employment readiness, customer service, job-interviewing and values based job instruction. At the end of training, candidates interview with 3-5 hiring partners.
In 1998, we included faith based partner such as, Faithful Central Bible Church (FCBC). FCBC is a mega church with over 15,000 members. There was significant unemployment within the church youth/young adult population and the academy program met those needs.
Why is the program so successful?
It connects our daily attitudes to the workplace and combines faith-based values. It challenged students to make immediate visible changes in their service standards. Then, students actively incorporate the service values they learn by practicing new methods for changing attitudes and visual barriers to employment. Finally, they exercise what they learn immediately at the interview day, which occurs the same week they finish the five-day training sessions.
What about our track record?
Since 1997, the CSA has averaged 100% placement for each of the academy programs held for Community Build Inc. In one interview day for CBI, twenty-one (21) of twenty-one (21) candidates were hired in a single day by multiple employer partners. Those employers included Albertson’s, Kinko’s Copies, Warehouse Music, and others. Some employers even requested additional candidates and interview days. Past partners have been Albertson’s, Kinko’s Copies, Warehouse Music, Hot Dog on a Stick, KFC, Ross Dress for Less, El Pollo Loco, Costco and many others.
How does the Academy work?
The academy program is instructed over 5 days in the evening. Students are ages 16 – 24. Class times are usually 5:30-9:30 p.m. each night. Each night Students learn the following:
• The 7 Universal Laws of Success
• The Seven Instant Service Builders
• Job Interviewing Skills
• Presentation skills
• Completing A Perfect Application
On the Saturday following the training, students attend the interview day where 3 – 5 employers (who are invited by invitation only) interview and select those candidates they want to hire. Many employers hire on the spot. One employer, El Pollo Loco, hired every candidate that was not offered a job by other employers. They stated that even the “worst” CSA graduate was far superior to those individuals that came into their restaurants as walk-ins.
What makes our program unique?
We offer values based curriculum. Principles governing employment success are universal and unchanging. Once students realize this fact, it empowers them to use those laws to their advantage. In addition, our standards are high and tolerance for less than excellent behavior is ZERO. Students who reject the discipline of excellence are removed from the program immediately. As a result, our rate of hire for CBI and the city of Los Angeles was 100% for three consecutive years. Every candidate who finished the program was hired and most received multiple offers.
We reach at risk youth. These students are often over looked by employers because they lack the motivation, encouragement, and discipline required to obtain the entry-level positions they desire. The CSA training eliminates appearance, attitude, and self-esteem related barrier that prevent these candidates from making a good first impression. We give the foundation needed to make it past the first 90 days of employment.
We place candidates in multiples. Our employers often need numerous candidates in a variety of locations. The CSA reduces the time required to fill larger numbers of vacancies by bringing groups of qualified candidates together. Attendance at all sessions is MANDATORY. This insures that all candidates receive the same level of training.
We offer optional follow-up training to employers and other partners. The concepts for the CSA were developed in the business world from the employers’ perspective. This enables us to offer the same training to our corporate partners who gladly take advantage of the service training.
How are we funded?
Funding comes from three sources. First, Academy students are required to pay a materials fee of $30 dollars to cover the cost of the workbook, handouts, nametags and their certificates. Our experience has shown that when people pay nothing, they do not value the program and thus, lack the commitment to start and finish.
Next, Educational Centers, Non-Profit Organizations and Churches provide facilities, travel and lodging costs for the facilitator. In 2005, we developed a train the trainer curriculum which is available for organizations who want on-going training for their constituents.
Starting in March, we are asking employers to assign a dollar value to the program determined by the level of benefit to their corporation. And then offer financial support in the amount of their choosing. Some employers compare the cost of an academy to that of a large trade show. This simple means of employer support is vital to the CSA. The program cannot continue unless employers communicate its value to their organizations with financial support.
Currently, there is no predetermined cost to employers. Our goal is to allow the CSA program to prove itself. We want employers to use and support our services not because they are doing the academy or the church a favor, but because we are the best possible solution to the hiring challenges they face.

God Speaks...We Hear... We Take ACTION
There is great consolation in knowing that God is speaking to you. The following is an excerpt from a word of exhortation God spoke to my heart. Let it Minister to you and above all...
TAKE ACTION!
You must seek my face for the full revealation of your life's greatest possibillity. That possibility is the starting place of your destiny. The picture is unclear but soon you shall see more clearly. For I am leading you step by step. And the action steps that you CAN SEE are like steps up the steep side of a mountain leading you to the top upper most place where you can see the full horizon of your destiny.
The Place, I am calling you is not fully visible. For you are too low.
The level of the anointing on your life is too low.
Your time before my face is too low.
Make the adjustments. Come up higher.
Increase your time with me. Soon you will be able to see. You shall be able to SEE!
You will know your lifes possibility for it shall be characterized by three things"
1. It shall extend from time into eternity -- havng natural earthly impact with eternity consequences.
2. It shall stretch your faith beyond recognition -- things that once seemed hard and beyond reach shall occur effortortlessly. Your faith shall grow until you find youself standing in a place where you are totally dependent upon your realtionship with me.
3. It shall change lives -- by the power of my anointing that is upon you. At your touch; at your word; at your obedience to my instructions -- burdens shall be removed and yokes shall be destroyed.
So pursue your fullest greatest life possibilities, pursue the things that would seem incredible Pursue the thing that would seem unreachable. Pursue the thing that would seem beyond your grasp.
Dare to believe me. Dare to trust me and dare to see with the eyes of your spirit what I shall soon bring to pass.
And in the now time and in the here place, take the first step, follow the current instruction, obey the now word for the current instruuction is the step that will take you higher to a place where you will SEE. In the higher place you are free to recognize my voice. You can see my path clearly. You can obey my instructions for the impossible things.
Over the next days, it is vital that you hear my voice with clarity. In this window of time, I am releasing into the atmosphere an anointing for believing the impossible. I am releasing the anointing for seeing the invisible ...for doing that which no one has done. You can not miss me. You can not miss.
For in this window..there will be a anointing for you to enter into doing the things that you do best, your higher gifts your greater calling. Take care. Be careful. Be cautious in this hour. For you cannot fail to hear from me.
For the enemy's strategy is to keep you from doing what you do best.
The enemy's weapon is to stop you from flowing in that which you were created to do.
He endeavors to create hinderances that block your view and distract your mind.
The enemy plan is to create incumbrances in your past that distact your attention and rob you of focus. You must not be distracted and you must be focused for if the enemy robs you of what you do best it can very well rob you of your destiny, of your time, of your energy, and yea even your very life.
So rest in me, Says God. rest in the realm of my presence.
Run to me says God. Run swiftly in the lane that I have appointed unto you.
Release unto me, release the gifts and the anointing that are assigned to your life.
Obey the words of my Prophet and you shall prosper and you shall not miss your hour of visitation.
Look! Look! Look at the signs of the smoke.
Look at the glow of the embers -- for my spirit is blowing on the ashes of dreams re-igniting promises spoken and breathing life into hopes deferred. Bringing healing to hearts that are sick; Hearts sick with longing for purpose, reason and meaning.
Look, for now is the time to stir up the gifts and expand your inner man to the full size of your potential.
